Poll Everywhere Is Leading the Way for Microsoft Office 365 Apps

Last January, Microsoft tipped us off to some upcoming changes for PowerPoint in Office 365, including a major platform upgrade that would allow web content to be embedded seamlessly into slides. After we took a look at their plans, they asked us to design a web native Poll Everywhere app for the PowerPoint store.

So we did just that, in less than a month. Along the way, we helped to develop the API for future PowerPoint app developers.

Best of all, with the Office 365 platform we were able to make Poll Everywhere more portable, and faster than ever before. From now on, you can be in the middle of your presentation and suddenly whip up a poll for the crowd out of nowhere, without ever leaving PowerPoint. It’s all there.
