Temporary shortcode change to 99503

UPDATE: Service is completely restored on 22333 and all US customers have (or will be momentarily) switched back to 22333. In the meantime, both numbers, 99503 and 22333, will work just in case you have an event and had printed or handed out materials.

We’re sorry but because of an unforeseen internet routing issue, we are temporarily switching US-based customers to use 99503 instead of 22333. If you are polling in the US, you will see 99503 on your polls, not 22333. When we resolve and determine the issues surrounding this later today, it will switch back to 22333 automatically. We understand some people may have printed materials or graphics and while we can’t do anything about that, we’re sorry this has to happen so suddenly but it is the best temporary work-around we can do for the time being.

We will post another update when the issue is resolved and everyone is switched automatically back to 22333.

Once again, here is what’s happening:

  • If you are a US-based customer, your polls will read 99503. You will want to tell your audience to use whatever they see on-screen, which for part of today, will read 99503
  • Later, we will switch all US-based customers back to 22333.

You will not need to take any actions on your part during this process.
