Do you want to run a dial test, presidential debate-style, with your phone?
Remember the squiggly line at the bottom of the screen during presidential and vice-presidential debates back in 2008?
If you were like me, you probably couldn’t take your eyes off of the line. That line was measuring the gut-reactions’ of 20-30 people who were watching the debates in a backroom somewhere at a news studio. If the line went up, it meant that people felt positive about what was being said and if the line went down, the group felt negative. Wouldn’t it be cool if you could run your own dial-tests just like they do on CNN?
We’re looking to do just that by sprinkling some Poll Everywhere pixie dust on top of old dial-testing technology. We are working on Sentimatic, the worlds first modern mobile phone dial-tester. Sentimatic will make it easier to setup dial-tests through the web for any occasion ranging from high-school debate club competitions to a nationally televised presidential debate.
Be sure to put your name on the list at http://sentimatic.com/ or follow Sentimatic on Twitter so you can be the first to know when we unveil the final product! We plan on launching with a limited number of people, so the sooner you get your name on the invite list, the better your chances of being selected for our beta program.
